FAQ

-Returns: I want you to love the piece you bought, but I understand if it is not quite right for any reason. I accept returns within 2 weeks of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition and shipped back in a hard sided box. Please contact me before sending it back.  

-Repairs: I want you to be able to wear your treasure as often as possible. If anything does break, I am more than happy to fix it. Please contact me and include a photo. 

-Ship Times: I do my best to ship out my orders as soon as I can. A lot of my pieces are made to order. The made to order pieces can take 2-3 weeks to make and ship, depending on the various steps the design takes and how much order volume I am managing at the time. If you have a specific date you want to receive your item, please contact me so I can try fit into my schedule as best as possible. 

-Packaging: The environment is a huge concern in everything I do, especially in the decisions I make for my business.  I am always looking for ways to reduce my carbon footprint and environmental impact. I've chosen and designed my packaging to be as low waste as possible, while still providing a secure journey and presentable for gifting. I buy boxes made from 100% recycled materials, I reuse tissue papers from packages I receive.  I use paper tape instead of plastic. I reuse the plastic bags from my vendors to ensure that the jewelry is protected and doesn't oxidize in transit.
